Constitutional complaint regarding consultation time for "heating law" fails

TL;DRThe Federal Constitutional Court has ruled that the timeframe of the then-traffic light coalition for the Building Energy Act in summer 2023 was not too short. A constitutional complaint filed by a CDU member of parliament in this regard has failed.
