Starnberg District Court: Google Must Compensate for Fakeshop Damages

TL;DRGoogle has been ordered by the Starnberg District Court to compensate a customer for damages incurred from a fakeshop. The court found Google was aware the advertisement originated from a fraudulent online store and must now refund the cost of an undelivered order and legal expenses.
