Background to the cabinet reshuffle: Three dismissals, three appointments

TL;DRFederal President Steinmeier will today hand over letters of appointment and dismissal to cabinet members. Three ministers are being dismissed and three new ones appointed, with one minister receiving both a dismissal and an appointment.
