New details on CSD attack: Suspected attacker allegedly swore allegiance to IS

TL;DRInvestigators found a video on the mobile phone of the suspected CSD attacker in which a man confesses to the attack and pledges allegiance to the Islamic State in Arabic. The Federal Public Prosecutor's Office suspects that the individual is Abdul Ballout.
